How to get started with Student Email


To use your college email account, go to to login and follow the log-in procedures as outlined below. For in-depth email FAQs visit the Gmail Help Center.


Enter your Username

Enter your Password

Use your first name middle initial last name, as one long word:

  • Example: If your name is John Michael Smith, your username would be:

If you don't have a middle name, your email address is your first name and last name together:

  • Example:

If another student has the same name as you, a four-digit number will be added after your name:

  • Example: for two students with the name Maria Lucy Ortiz username would be:  and

Initial passwords are your eight digit date of birth mmddyyyy
(students who registered before 3-14-11 will use a 6 digit date of birth mmddyy) 

  • For example if you were born on February 14, 1985 your initial password: 02141985 

It is STRONGLY recommended that you change your password.
